Private treaty involves professional negotiating skills, Auctions require bidding and auction room assessment strategy while the Tender process can be quite technical with accurate valuation appraisals and market assessment the key to a successful tender submission.
If successful we also work closely with the clients’ Legal Representatives in agreeing the contact terms and facilitate auxiliary services including building surveys and finance if required.
